Project Management Unit

The Project Management Unit is an organizational unit of the Institute, established at the department level, with the aim of providing administrative and professional support for project management.

The Project Management Unit focuses on informing the employees of the Institute regarding the funding opportunities of scientific and professional activity, by partner search and collaboration support, through the administrative support in project application, project design and writing, financial monitoring and implementation of dissemination activities.

Employees of the department are continuously educated and trained in the field of project management. Employees continuously monitor and implement strategies and recommendations of national and international organizations related to project management, horizontal topics in science and individual scientific areas. The Project Management Unit can independently implement projects as a coordinator or a partner.

Potential collaborators and partners in scientific research and projects, as well as students who wish to do an internship through Erasmus+ at the Institute of Anthropological Research, are free to contact the Project Management Unit as a contact point that will provide support in the implementation of cooperation.

The structure and tasks of the Project Management Unit is regulated by the Rules and Regulations of the Project Management Unit.
