We’re proud to share that Mirela Sedić and Luka Bočkor from the Institute for Anthropological Research have co-authored a new paper published in Inorganic Chemistry Communications (Q1, Impact Factor 5.4):
“Ruthenium(II) complexes of 1-(2-picolyl)-1,2,3-triazole-
appended 2-arylbenzothiazoles: synthesis, characterization, in vitro and in silico evaluation of anti-proliferative activity.”
This study, co-led by corresponding authors Silvana Raić-Malić and Mirela Sedić, contributes to the discovery of novel KRAS G12D inhibitors with promising therapeutic potential in oncology — particularly showing selective anti-cancer effects in pancreatic cancer.
