On March 6th 2024, Dr Mario Carić held a presentation on the theme ‘Giants of the Past’ to the ‘Little Tigers’ group from the Petričnjica town kindergarten in Petrinja, where he familiarized them with the findings regarding everyone’s favourite Mesozoic creatures—dinosaurs, along with Pleistocene megafauna that inherited them. Appropriate museum exhibit of a woolly mammoth tooth had been graciously loaned by the Sisak City Museum.
