This year the Study Abroad program, organized in collaboration with the Odyssey Fieldschool association, took place between June 10 and 14 in the library of the Institute for Anthropological Research and the Laboratory for Evolutionary Anthropology and Bioarchaeology. During five days, students from all over the world listened to a series of presentations given by Dr. Željka Bedić and Dr. Mario Novak. In addition to the theoretical part, the students did practical laboratory work where they learned the basics of working with human skeletal remains from an archaeological context. In the next two weeks, the Study Abroad program continues in Rešetari, where students will excavate the remains of the church and the adjoining cemetery.
