As part of the awareness campaign for general public on the importance of indoor air quality, collaborators from the EU project EDIAQI (Evidence-Driven Indoor Air Quality Improvement) from the Institute for Anthropological Research – Assoc. Prof. Dr. Jelena Šarac, Dr. Dubravka Havaš Auguštin, and PhD candidate Lucija Dodigović, senior librarian, held a workshop for high school students on March 21, 2025. The workshop was held at the Health Education School, one of the leading secondary education institutions for healthcare professionals in the Republic of Croatia. In addition to a lecture on the project, indoor air and ways to improve its quality, as well as air quality measurements in the classroom, the workshop also included hands-on student activities. These included creating poster presentations about air components, solving practical tasks, and independently making air purification filters. The students showed great interest in the topic and actively participated in all practical tasks, therefore earning the diploma of the EDIAQI project!
