New Scientific Publication Announcement
We are pleased to share that Dr. Mirela Sedić co-authored a new research article titled:
“Design, synthesis, and evaluation of novel C6-substituted purine-isoxazole derivatives and their Re(I) tricarbonyl complexes: antiproliferative activity and integrated in silico study”
Published in Journal of Molecular Structure (Q1, IF 4.7)
This study provides early evidence that purine–isoxazole Rhenium(I) complexes may serve as promising novel anti-cancer agents. Importantly, the findings suggest these compounds could target the STAT3 SH2 domain, opening new avenues for the development of innovative STAT3 inhibitors in cancer therapy.
