On December 7th, a paper entitled “A genetic history of the Balkans from Roman frontier to Slavic migrations” was published in the journal Cell (IF 66.85; Q1). This large paleogenetic study was led by experts from Harvard University with employees of the Institute for Anthropological Research, Dr. Petra Rajić Šikanjić, Dr. Željka Bedić, Dr. Mario Carić and Dr. Mario Novak, also participating as co-authors.
