“Ru(II)-arene complexes of N-acyl thiourea-appended benzothiazoles: synthesis, characterization, anti-proliferative activity, molecular docking and ADMET profiling studies,” published in Inorganic Chemistry Communications (Q1, IF 5.4).
In this study, we report the synthesis and comprehensive characterization of novel ruthenium-based complexes and evaluate their anti-cancer potential using in vitro anti-proliferative assay, molecular docking, and ADMET profiling. The results support their potential as promising candidates in the development of novel metal-based anticancer therapeutics.
