The fourth annual International Congress on Roman Bioarchaeology was held from 31 August to 2 September at the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb. The Congress was organized in cooperation with the Institute of Anthropology, with financial support from the Zagreb Tourist Board and the Croatian Science Foundation. Over the course of three days, participants had the opportunity to hear a series of interesting scientific lectures and presentations related to bioarchaeological research into the Roman past. An important part of the program was also a trip to ancient Andautonia, which provided participants with additional insight into the local archaeological heritage. The Congress was officially opened in the courtyard of the Archaeological Museum, and ended in a relaxed atmosphere in the Pri Nami area. This event represents a significant contribution to the development of bioarchaeological research and international cooperation in the field of Roman archaeology.
